We will cook the hog roast from fresh on site (usually about 4 – 7 hours) then when it is ready to serve we will lift the pig out of the spit roast oven so that your guests will be able to see us carve the pig. Its very visual and makes a great focal point to any party. We serve the pig alongside a buffet of fresh rolls, hot stuffing and sauces.
Access to a power point is ideal but we have a generator if needed. We require about 3m x 3m for our gazebo to cook under and allow enough space for serving.
